  Cracked heat exchange a new one was installed by Marty and Josh both were excellent explained and showed me crack and did great job in timely manner and very organized and cleaned up area when finished.

  Got furnace error code in the morning. Furnace 6 months old that they installed with 10 years parts and labor. Asked them to call me and discuss the error code. Instead the technician came in, told me error code means dirty filter and charged me $200 for the trip. No warning that there might be a charge. He said he had to run diagnostics to make sure it all OK. Maybe. Still something does not feel right big time. Make your own judgement if that's the way their customer for 25 years should be treated.

  McQuade’s installed my new Trane modulating furnace and A/C, and the entire process from quote to installation was excellent. The system is quiet, efficient, and makes my home more comfortable than ever. The installation was neat, professional, and clearly done with care. They also handled extra work, including upgrading my breaker panel to meet new code and replacing old saddle valves with proper ball valves. Everything looks great and has been working flawlessly. McQuade’s is now my go-to contractor for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Highly recommended!
