Every time, I place the same order, and every time, the elderly woman behind the counter acts as though I am a first time customer. Today, the elderly woman behind the counter protested that there was no need to wrap my order in protective cellophane. And, when I insisted they do so, the elderly woman behind the counter claimed that it was "too hot". This has never come up before, and when I reminded the elderly woman behind the counter that I have been a customer for twenty-five years, she chose that precise moment to mock me saying, "You always say that!" So, lo and behold, she does, in fact, remember who I am. I believe it may be time to look for a more customer friendly florist.
