McIlveen Family Law grossly overcharged me—padding invoices with vague, duplicative, and clerical entries disguised as legal work - it’s all part of the experience. They couldn’t even get the retirement plan name right on the QDRO. You’d think accuracy matters when splitting assets. Apparently not. Now I’m fixing their errors and footing the bill. Bar complaint filed. Small claims court? That’s next. Save yourself the time, stress, and money—look elsewhere.

She was very vague with responses to emails, did not explain information throughly, overall did not give us any notice on the events happening behind the scenes! We felt very left out of the process and had to repetitively ask for more information on the status of the case. Overall should’ve been a quick turnaround but ended up being a 6 month process because of our attorney!
