  I filled out the online form at McGregor and Company LLP for their Columbia, SC office and provided my name, phone number and email address, requesting an appointment to discuss hiring this firm to do our tax returns and help us with retirement and investment (tax-related) matters. I waited 4 business days and then called their office and was routed to a partner's phone and I left a similar message. Neither of my queries resulted in a call back. This business is either unprofessional or does not need any more business. At this point, I will not deal with them even if they called back.

  Excellent service from talented, very professional folks. They took care of a fairly complicated tax issue for us with skill and care, and have always provided solid advice and service, as well. Highly recommended!
