  Pat McGraw did a fantastic job representing my teenaged son and me in a CHINS that was filed against my son by school officials who flatly refused to recognize that my son's disabilities prevent him from attending public school. Mr. McGraw is professional, thorough, organized, accurate, knowledgeable, assertive without crossing over into aggressive, and experienced -- and he has a well-honed understanding of challenges associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a low-income single mom, it was difficult to spend what small monetary cushion I had on legal fees but Mr. McGraw's prices are fair and the expenditure was well worth a favorable outcome in court. If you're on the fence about whether you and your child need a lawyer, I recommend calling Mr. McGraw. It's a decision you -- and most importantly your child -- will not regret.

  Best attorney I can honestly say by far!!! August 9th 2019 completely changed my life forever I went through a rough time with a crazy social services case that my ex and his mother brewed up to keep my ex from paying child support social services took my child and gave him to the paternal grandmother died to false allegations made against me. I had an awful attorney at the time fired her and hired Mr. McGraw and when I say as soon as I hired him he made things happen and QUICKLY! I got custody of my child back and still working on my child support case. Best decision was to hire this man. I am eternally grateful for everything he has done. Greastest lawyer in VIRGINIA!
