I paid for a Carrier model 38MURAQ24AA3, but they installed a 38MURAQ18AA3 — a smaller unit with almost one ton less cooling capacity than what I paid for. For three years, I’ve tried to get the issue resolved. Instead of acknowledging the clear mismatch, McDevitt Air has repeatedly offered excuses about why the system isn’t performing properly, while avoiding the fact that they installed the wrong unit. This is not how a reputable company should operate. They failed to deliver what was contracted, have been unresponsive and evasive, and continue to leave me with an underpowered system. I would not trust McDevitt Air with any HVAC installation or service.

They were quick to get us an appointment and a technician named Todd came out to help. This guy was great with the relaying the information so we could understand what the issue was and took care of it in a quick manner. Prices were great on the wallet and I will recommend this company and Todd to others.
