Stopped by this Kubota dealer to pick up parts for my tractor maintenance, and I was really impressed! The parts counter staff were super helpful — they quickly found all the filters and oil I needed to put together a complete maintenance kit for my Kubota. To top it off, I got to try what has to be the best popcorn in Frankfort — and who would’ve guessed it was inside a Kubota dealership?! Great service and a fun surprise. Highly recommend!

I called this place thinking it was still Don Bales. Of course not they sold out and sold out to the wrong company. Regardless I figured it give them a chance. Made plans to pick up my riding mower that hasn’t ran in three years. The driver told me my mower would end up going to their Watseka IL location for repairs as the repair person in Lowell just quit. I figured ok and would follow up with the Lowell service department. For one. When you call Lowell. No ONE ever answers the phone. It just rings and rings. So I call Watseka and they told me they’ll have Lowell call me. Lowell did and I talked to Julie in service. She reassured me I would NOT be charged for delivery or pickup of my mower. Fast forward a few weeks go by and I hear NADA. I call Lowell and of course no answer so I call Watseka. They get me in touch with someone. I don’t know. I forget. It was either from Lowell or Watseka but they reassured my mower was getting looked at and someone would call me with the problem and the charge. Another week or so goes by and I hear NADA. I call both locations. Lowell nothing. I call Watseka and the guy informs me my mower is fixed and will be $249. I was disappointed for one. I didn’t get a call to tell me what was wrong and how much it would be. Here we are today and I get my mower delivered. I pay the guy and hope on it only for it to completely die as I drive it to the back yard. They couldn’t put a freaking drop of gas in it for the $250. Then I looked at the bill and of course there’s an $80 delivery fee. I call Lowell and as usual no answer. I call Watseka and express my disappointment and the girl reassured me I’d get a call within an hour from either location and sure enough no phone call. I do not recommended this place. Communication is awful just awful.
