  This company is a fraud, I paid them completely off, they only had until February 2025, but I paid all owed fees. A month later they call me talking about i owe them fees...and now they are garnishing my pay again here in August 2025!!! For what???? Ghost fees, I'm taking them to court screw this

  It’s not the fact that they’re collecting a debt. That’s their job, I 100% expect them to do that. It’s the fact that every time Erica called or I had to talk to her she was rude and very unprofessional. Huffing and puffing right when she answers the phone and sounding annoyed before I even get the chance to say something. And then getting mad because someone calls her out for being rude. I understand being annoyed with a job but don’t take it out on people trying to do exactly what you’re wanting them to do. Every other person I talked to there was polite and helpful. Erica is just terrible, but this review won’t even make a difference. Get it paid off as soon as possible.

  They keep harassing me and I have a disability and I keep harassing my son that has autism. He keeps sending us letters, knowing that we get disability, knowing that we don’t have money, they keep on taking it for a landlord that was racist. The landlord was like Black people they mistreated us before we moved into that apartment. There was broken glass. There was no carpet on the floor. The floor wasn’t even done yet before we moved in there so everything was already messed up when we moved out, we only had one jeep to move our stuff with. We had to do four or five trips to move our stuff and then my son has asthma. He takes a nebulizer twice a day he had to keep taking his asthma pump because it was just us moving by ourselves and I stated before that I have a health issue a female health issue I am scheduled to have surgery August 28. I am not supposed to be going through no type of stress. I’m not supposed to be on my feet if I keep going through this, they said that I’m going to need a blood transplant so I’m asking y’all to please leave me alone y’all whoever wants to keep dealing with y’all don’t need to deal with you guys because you don’t investigate you’re just taking the side of this lady not knowing what the other party is going through you just trying to take money from me and my son That are disabled so if anyone wants to know about these people, they they don’t investigate the whole both parties investigate only one party and I think that they are they’re dealing with a landlord that is racist and they do not care about the other party because if they did, they would be calling asking what is they’re taking on a case that they don’t know nothing about.

  Confused this May or May not be correct collection agency as the information online very vague but Google search comes back to this company. I spoke to the agency immediately after judgement was push through (tried to file in court on my behalf due to feeling force to brake my lease due the safety of my kids and non stop harassment and also did not see previous landlord not try to put effort to rent out unit but did not understand online method and ran out of time) when spoke to the female that called she stated that her agency would work with me and set up payment arrangements. I stated two dates when I could set up payment and the amount I may be able to do while I waiting on promotion at work. I explained I am single mother and also receive assistance so may not be able to do much until increase of income. I stated I would need them to reach out to me on those dates because I did not know what card to use for auto payment nor have their number. They stated they would call me back on those dates I requested. I did not get a call from them. I have not been serve any notices that a garnishment has been approved only the judgement. Today I go to pay rent and water and all my funds are gone. I feel if they was not willing to set up payment arrangements why call to do so. Also do not understand why this company did not serve papers or certified mail on the bank garnishment especially when they took my entire rent and water especially with wages they would not been able to take 1000 at once especially when my income falls in a bracket that they barely can take that amount in 12 months in state of Iowa. My income bracket says for state up to $1500 in 12 months.
