- BBBlair BrylawskiJan 26, 20194.0Not sure if this is usual, However, over the xmas holiday season I ordered a throttle cable and it was a three week process from order date to pick up date. I could not get ahold of anyone who could tell me where the part was. I called the week before xmas and it was after the news year that I got the part. When I walked in they gave me a direct parts line and said that they had been very busy and crazy with the holiday madness. After talking with the staff I had a better feeling about the entire ordeal.
