  Hunter from Building 6, Apt 6305, for his birthday party and had a great time. The amenities are top-notch and everything is super well maintained. You can tell people here take care of the place. All guest wristbands and parking passes were handled properly and returned as expected. The whole experience was smooth, fun, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and I look forward to coming again. Definitely one of the nicest apartment communities I’ve seen.

  When it comes to an apartment searching, looking at reviews is definitely a make a break moment. If you’re considering McCarty, Do it! They had management changes and the management they have now is phenomenal. I got nothing but good things to say. On time maintenance from Matt, T and Zane aswell as Sarah, Stacy and Lena are very welcoming and helpful in the front office. I moved in march of 2024 and just resigned my lease for 2025-2026. If your considering to stay I highly recommend it Pros- On time maintenance, Management, location, price,( I live near the club house and I never hear anything wanted to address that), peaceful Cons- parking in the backside but there’s always spots available and having to walk to my mailbox

  The noise of the in the clubhouse is never addressed. The only way to get assistance is by calling the police, which is absolutely absurd. If you wanted to feel like you live in a rave, please choose an apartment near the club house. At midnight last night, my walls were shaking from the noise.
