  Terrible appraisal service and very unprofessional. Appraised a home for a friend well above the homes worth at the home was in deplorable shape. This effected a court case. After the court case a month later that same realtor listed that same home for $45,000 less. Look for any other real estate agency when looking for a local agency.

  Terrible appraisal service! First thing they tell me is my home is hard to value because of its location. And nothing else compares to it in our area.. then they slap a low ball number on it. Did not use good supporting comps for the home. Instead used one of a home 8 miles away in a neighborhood of less quality. This service is a joke. I would steer clear. I would go with someone who actually knows how to properly assess a homes value. I was literally told my home would be worth whatever someone is willing to pay... this company needs their license revoked. Edit: since our lowball appraisal.. we waited about 2 and weeks we decided to list our home for sale... we sold it in 3 days.. the contracted price was almost $33k higher than our lowball appraisal from this company! And guess what... it appraised at our price.. and this was within 30 days from this company coming out.
