    We were treated like royalty! Our appointment was scheduled for 6pm with Marvin. We arrived about 20 minutes early and Tiara came right over to help us. She was wonderful she came and went many times to get details during the approval process, she was just as nervous and excited as we were. Marvin even stopped by to introduce homeself. After we decided on our vehicle we were taken into Ami's office to sign all the paperwork she was very friendly and helpful. I feel I also need to mention Alyson who started this whole journey with me during an online chat. Every employee of McCarthy Hyundai that we met and worked with was amazing! Thank you for making our dream come true.

    Me and my girlfriend are on social security disability we had amazing salesman name Sean I don't know his last name he told me over the phone he could get us approved and he did all it took is 2 minutes and ami works in the finance department she was very good to work with and sut us up with a really good package deal we got a brand new Hyundai Electra sports we love our new car and everyone treated us with respect thank you McCarthy dealership in Blue springs Missouri you guys Got has approved for a brand new vehicle and we're upside down in our current vehicle before we got our new one and you guys helped us out of that and put us in our brand new one I can't thank you enough and thank you again Sean and ami

    My experience with McCarthy Blue Springs Hyundai was great. My interactions began through an online inquiry, having looked around nearby for the vehicle I was interested in. Unlike a previous dealership I was working with, McCarthy Hyundai held the vehicle until I was able to come look at it and take it for a test drive. When I went to check out the vehicle, Frank Dale had the car charged and ready to go. Frank went over the general operation of the vehicle so we could get going on the test drive, and gave more instructions while on the test drive to enhance the understanding of how the systems worked. The dealing was low stress and calm; the salespeople weren’t overly aggressive or dismissive. Frank made sure everything was understood and provided as much detail as needed on the contract and forms needed to be signed. After the transaction was completed, Frank offered even more detailed information on other functions available on the car. Knowing where to find certain options and how certain functions become available before I left with my new car. I will definitely look to McCarthy Blue Springs when I’m in the market for another vehicle in the future.

    Do not do business with this dealership under any circumstances. We have a Hyundai Tucson under 100,000 miles. Took it to this dealer because the passenger front window failed to close. It cost us $3000 to have the window open/close device repaired-how often does that happen. They recommended we get both front windows repaired so we did. 3 weeks later, drivers side window, which we just repaired went down and would not go back up. I called the dealer, they said bring it back out. I said I needed a ride home- they said no problem. When I arrived they said they were closing and couldn’t give me ride- I said I wouldn’t be here except your repaired window stopped working and you just told me to bring it out. They didn’t care- I spent $30 to take a Lyft home. Next day they called to say I needed to spend another $1500 to fix the window they just repaired. They also said I needed another $2000 in repairs that they did not find three weeks earlier. This dealership wanted me to pay $4000 to fix the windows, which both failed at the same time? Hyundai should stand by their product because this sounds like a defect. But McCarthy Hyundai in Blue Springs doesn’t appear to care about customers, their workmanship, and only want to bill you for ridiculous amounts for repairs. There are a lot of Hyundai dealers and a lot of mechanics- I would chose anyone else.

    I have owned a Hyundai since 2008 and have absolutely loved this brand until dealing with the warranty on my 2021 tuscan that I bought brand new from them. Over the past 6 months I keep getting the run around on my engine consuming oil and that it's normal. I am a single parent with one vehicle and live an hour away from the closest dealership. I have to take half days to be able to bring my car down and have them change the oil to come back in 1000 miles and have it rechecked. I have had the engine combustion cleaning done. Still burning oil not a drop in it at 3000 miles. This vehicle has had regular servicing since it was bought. Hyundai recommends every 5000 miles for an oil change. When someone lives an hour away with an infant and gets told by the service department to drive it down there so they can see it and to not add oil to it makes me question the warranty process. Replace the malfunctioning engine that is still under warranty!!! 4 out of 6 times I have not had a rental while they have had to keep my vehicle. This was my first brand new vehicle and I went with Hyundai for there long warranty. I will never buy another. I know everyone has different experiences but this person will never recommend a Hyundai again to anyone. Update: 9 hours later after my set appointment time of 9:00am to have my vehicle looked at where they didn't have a rental for me and I left the vehicle.. they still have not gotten to it but it's priority tomorrow morning.. oh by the way way we have a rental available now knowing full and we'll I am an hour away and can not make it there before 5 when this single parent has to pick up their infant from daycare as well. I also had to call and leave messages to get an update about my car that was never serviced. The car is under warranty replace the motor and quit with the run around. Again don't buy from Hyundai unless you want to be treated like you dont matter. Thanks for the short notice and having to use someone else's vehicle to still be able to go to work.
