It's done in 4 consecutive days not spread out through a couple weeks and the price is the best you will find in the area. But don't worry just because it's quick and at a great price it doesn't lack on experience and effectiveness. I did my course with Gary Urbahn. Great guy super informative and has a vast knowledge of diving going way back to his days with the Marine Corp. He takes the time to listen to questions and concerns and makes sure to answer them thoroughly and will continue until you understand or satisfied with the knowledge. If people are struggling or lacking just because you are in a group class and not in private one on one session don't worry because he will pull you aside and work with you individually. His number one concern is to make sure you're safe and that nothing will happen to you. A highly recommend MBT Divers. If you still have questions once you have been certified you can get a hold of them any time and they will continue to help you out and answer questions. I've called Gary personally a couple of times and he has been great. Looking forward to go on a dive with him soon.

He did a phenomenal job teaching us and making sure we would be confident and safe in the water. I can’t wait to get back out in the water and I feel prepared to do so. Also, I spoke with him about various equipment and BCs for purchase and he was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to explain the comparisons and what would likely work best for me.

Garry Urbahn was my instructor and he kept things super fun and informative at the same time. The course was really easy to follow and Garry did a fantastic job at teaching. I absolutely recommend MBT for anyone considering diveing, the rest of the staff was also extremely helpful and friendly.
- DDDrewAug 18, 20255.0Did my diving certifications here and others. Gary is a top notch, instructor very precise and has amazing. Great knowledge. The staff there also is all amazing and very kind. On our last day, they even had us lunch made! Highly recommend!
