I am posting this review after giving this several days reflection. This organization did an emergency evaluation of my HVAC system and after unsuccessfully attempting to install a new capacitor, recommended replacement of my compressor at an expense of well over $9000. I had two additional opinions from reputable alternative providers within our community who markedly differed with their evaluation. One organization, replaced the capacitor with complete resolution of the problem at a cost that was under $400 for the emergency fee, time spent by the technician and parts involved. I was told by these two additional consulting technicians who evaluated my HVAC system, there was no necessity to replace the compressor and they had concerns about this having been recommended. Thereafter, I had an email exchange with their general manager, who offered me a refund of my $200 emergency fee, which I declined and simply asking for an apology for having provided me with Poor service, and having endorsed a high expense unnecessary replacement of condenser. He dismissed these concerns and the organization has taken no responsibility for having made this error in judgment, at the very least. I am reporting this to the community to alert them that this organization, though very kindhearted in their approach, they seem to have problems with quality of service or acknowledging their role in this business encounter and at the very least highly inflated and potentially unnecessary expensive resolutions to HVAC problems. This is an example, especially for senior citizens, to obtain second opinions before proceeding with high expensive repair within your homes.

I have written many more five star reviews than I have one star reviews and I've only written one star reviews when they were deserved. As a most recent example, please note the review I posted recently for the organization that resolved this HVAC problem.
The owners response fails to acknowledge that the technician installed a faulty capacitor that did not work and was replaced by a different technician from a different company which resolved the situation completely without the need for consideration for further action, including a $9000+ expense for installing a Condenser. We are all capable of making mistakes. This review would not have been written if this owner had acknowledged the error that was very apparently made and I would have let it go. This owner is a smooth manipulator of public opinion to which he has my admiration in his ability to do so, but my lack of respect for character!

I want to give a big shout out to Maynard Man for providing excellent emergency repairs to my A/C last night. My A/C went out in the late afternoon and I called after hours on the off chance someone would answer my call. They did! (it was AI, but the customer service was excellent and I was able to secure an immediate appointment). The technician that came, Richard Mclea, was on time and extremely courteous, I received a text message with his information when he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and worked efficiently to make the repairs. He assured me that my A/C would be working and my house would be much cooler within an hour - he was spot on! He kept me apprised of his progress and consulted with me on what needed to be done beforehand (along with the cost so there were no surprises). There was a "should have" recommendation for the future with supporting photos but I wasn't put on the spot to make a decision and don't feel that I was being upsold. I hope this review is helpful. I know who I will be calling when I need any A/C service in the future! Thank you Maynard Man!

Awesome service had an emergency call with my water heater. The tech called within 5 minutes then was at my home within an hour. Eric arrived diagnosed issue quickly gave me a price fixed the issue and was gone within 30 minutes. Just want to say awesome service above and beyond and Eric did an amazing job, he even went into detail about what he was doing so i understood it. Thanks so much Eric and maynard!!!
