  Building is clean, quiet, modern with very nice amenities; great location/ convenient & 'walk-able.' Lindsey (manager) and Adam (assistant manager) address any issues or concerns quickly and professionally. Also, maintenance ( Dave, Sal, Ryan ) are very good as well as hard working. I moved here three months ago from Fort Lauderdale and am happy with my decision.

  Love this place and the amenities. Many floor plans available and Adam is super welcoming and helpful. The pool area is so relaxing, love the sense of community in the area. The staff is so nice and always there if you need something or have questions. The location is great, so close to the beach and restaurants and things to do. Definitely a really nice place to live.

  Adam was amazing, he showed us all the amenities and a beautiful apartment. I would love to live in this community!

  I was outside security at Mayla about a year. In my opinion you can't go wrong with choosing Mayla. If there were issues I was aware of the team handled it a professional courteous manor the times I seen, the maintenance was always there when I call promptly to care of it. They are on site at all times. The outside is always on point. Then you have everything you need in walking distance and of course the beach, and don't forget nightlife..👍

  As a vendor that performs life safety inspection it's great to work with an engineer like Sal Dilapi and his crew that are fast responding, efficient, and has a good connection with the residences, it really makes my it easier and smoother to perform inspections.
