  Clean and well kept property. Secure and well monitored. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable for the market. Would recommend this storage facility. I have rented here twice now. Give them a try and I believe you will be happy.👍🙌👍

  The owner and staff of Max Secure couldn’t have been more hospitable and courteous to myself and my unique situation. I had to fly in from out of state to resolve a problem for my company that led to a day long tail chase here in Wichita. The owner, Miss Shannon, and the maintenance man were a phenomenal help the whole time and left a great impression on myself and team working remotely. This politeness and going beyond the standard was not to secure a sale, repeat business, or a long term rental, but simply because it was the kind thing to do. Professionalism isn’t how you treat those you know, it’s how you treat those you don’t and I couldn’t have been left more impressed. Facility is secured with a gate requiring a code to get both in and out, insuring someone can’t just trigger the gate to open by jumping to the other side and popping it. Only those authorized by yourself are allowed access to your storage unit, no matter what the relation is. Units have a 2 inch lift at the mouth of the unit in addition to the drive outside of them being grated away to prevent water from damaging your belongings.
