At that time, I scheduled a follow-up appointment and was told I’d receive reminders leading up to it. Fast forward three months…no reminders, no confirmation calls, absolutely nothing. Then, on the day of the appointment (10 minutes after it was supposed to start), I received a call saying I missed it and they would be charging my card $135. I explained that I never received any kind of reminder or notification and offered to come in later that week instead. They said they had to “check with their manager,” only to call back and insist on charging me anyway. I told them good luck and that my card stays locked for situations exactly like this. They ended up getting no money and no business from me, when they could’ve easily rescheduled and kept a customer. Instead, they chose to be inflexible and unaccommodating. If you value professionalism, transparency, or just basic courtesy—go somewhere else!!!!
