Needed my oven glass door replaced! Ken came out and helped find the correct part. Once it delivered I reached out to Ken and he was quick to respond with a next day appointment to install. He came on time and install took less than an hour! 5/5 will be using this company for any future appliance repairs!
Dmytro was quick, diligent, and easy to schedule. He had great skill in troubleshooting what was wrong with my refrigerator in my hangar. I want to keep my older refrigerator working as the newer ones tend to go out every few years due to all the 'energy efficiency' features.
My only comment would be there was a lot of confusion over pricing. The estimate given in the beginning was true, but he kept saying this is free, that is free, etc. while he was working... He also kept saying he wasn't going to charge me, and I said I need to pay you for your time and resources. I would say just ask him if you should plan to pay the quote, or if it is changing, etc... It was all good in the end and I paid more than he asked for his services as he did a great job and saved a lot of hassle for me. Just a lot of unnecessary confusion for no reason. I also have no issue with a price changing if more things are discovered.
I will definitely use him again and recommend him. Very fair and reasonable, and the 2 hour window with availability the next day was great to plan around. My parents have used him 3 times already and will continue to use him.

If you can, I recommend choosing another company to service your refrigerator. It's been a nightmare of a month - and $700 later - filled with poor communication from both the company and our technician, Ross.
Initially, Ross told me the control board needed to be replaced and that it would take two weeks to get the part. A month later, he finally returned, replaced the board, and it didn't fix the issue. Our fridge still isn't cooling — which was the original problem - although he did manage to fix the ice maker. He then told us we needed yet another part, which would take a few more days. It's been several days now, and our fridge is still not working.
At this point, I believe the issue was misdiagnosed from the start. When I call the company's main line, I'm always told they can't provide any updates and need to "speak with my technician," which gets me nowhere.
We have a baby at home, and not having a working refrigerator has been incredibly stressful. I truly don't understand how this company has so many five-star reviews — maybe I was just unlucky with the technician assigned to us. After reading other one-star reviews, I wish I had gone with a different company from the start.
Our Samsung dryer stopped working giving a weird "Filter Check" error message. I could not fix it after doing the usual trouble shooting and watching a couple hours of YouTube videos. So, I looked up some appliance repair companies fully dreading it and saw that Max's Appliance Repair had over 3000 positive Google reviews. I called them at 9am and they said a tech could come out today by noon. The service charge was $89 if we elected not to repair. And if we repair, the service charge is waived. A very nice young man named Peter called and confirmed he was coming out. Twenty minutes later he showed up. He found our belt broke and took out a plastic pulley as well. He had the parts on his truck and fixed our unit within an hour. He also vacuumed the interior as well. Total parts and labor was $214.. Well worth it and I highly recommend Max's Appliance Repair!

Had a horrific experience with max . The tech they sent over was totally incompetent and didn't speak good enough English to communicate. Showed up in a car not a service truck that should have been my first clue ,but gave them the benefit of the doubt . Did damage to my kitchen floor with his toolbox and wall . He was trying to drill through a bolt getting metal shavings on the floor instead of going outside to do something like that . Overall unprofessional and didn't feel comfortable with him in my house or his ability to do the job . The language barrier was too much . After I wrote this review i got a call from Max pleading with me to let them send another tech over to resolve this matter and take down this review. So heres what happend . The guy they sent over knew his work and with just looking inside the freezer he knew what the problem was . It turns out it wasnt the motor at all it was a leak issue that was fixed without parts . He put the same motor back on( the one that the previous tech had drilled a hole through) . I call max back and told them i expected an adjusted price since i didnt get a new motor and the previous tech doing damage to my coustom river rock floors . And they declined. In the meantime the my fridge and freezer stopped cooling properly, the freezer wasnt cold enough to make ice . It was late passed business hour so i called max in the morning, and they sent the tech back . Turns out he had forgotten to plug the circulating fan back in afer completing the work . The meats survived ,but my 3 people 3 weeks supplies of frozen vegetables were thawed out and ruined. So for 280 dollars i have a damaged floor and an icemaker motor with a hole drilled through the main bolt and ruined food . Hey but after he came by 24 hours later and fixed his mistake my appliance now work , i should be happy right ? ( sarcasm) . They called me back a few days later and asked me to take this review down . I told them if they refunded all the money i paid since i never got the new motor and considering they damaged my floor and also lost food i would . Again they declined. Needless to say ill never use max appliance repair again nor would i ever recommend them to anyone else.
