Don't fill the lid compartments. Lady did hear me looking and didn't help me get any. Find any. They didn't update Google so they don't have to accept accountability i updated it hopefully it stays.

This Kum & Go states they are open 24 hours. I live right bye this location and trust me, somebody shuts it down at 2am. Just to let you know I'm not the only one to point this out. It must be a uper management decision I guess.

April didn't know how to work the rewards system. I've been coming to this gas station for 4 years now. Never had a problem with Any other employee using my rewards...Ever. The first time I tried with her she got frustrated and just let me have my items even though I had money to pay which I was happy about and thought that was a good customer service choice. This time she still couldn't figure out how to redeem my rewards even though I'm showing her on the app that I have a free item. She said to call the rewards customer service. I told her she was the only employee that can't figure out how to use the rewards and because of that she took my items back and told me to go somewhere else. If she couldn't figure it out I still could have paid $ for my items. Worst customer service ever. Kum and go has lost my business now. I will happily drive across the street to the competition. And I've spent a TON of money here. It's sad because there are other employees here that have been amazing and I will miss them. April is apparently, somehow the manager so she couldn't possibly be wrong, right?! Wrong. Being a manager does not mean you know everything, obviously.
