  One of the saddest Mavericks I have been in. Visited on Labor Day and I know it wasn't busy... but 2 of the female toilets had "stuff" in them, and the third toilet the door doesn't lock unless you force it. Seems if it is so slow, the bathrooms could be clean. The people were nice though.

  The service here is awful, they are unprofessional, I was calling because I needed a receipt and they kept hanging up. The woman refused to give me her name. To the manager of this establishment, what a sorry excuse of hiring people with no experience of customer service. The Maverick company needs to work on hiring proper individuals who can have great customer service and being respectful to customer. This issue happened 3/04/2025 at 3:48pm. Please address it to your colleagues that they did a sorry job today with basic customer service. She thought hangin up on me and screaming at me was ok. Look at the schedule for this evening and I hope she gets written up for a bad customer service. Thanks
