  Just had lunch here with a couple of friends, and it did not disappoint! It was recommended by our friend who joined us—this is her go-to spot for Indian food, and now it’ll be mine too. The food was fantastic! I ordered the lamb vindaloo, and the flavor really hit the spot. I usually prefer it spicier, but it was still excellent. I also ordered a lamb biryani to go and asked for it extra spicy. I couldn’t resist trying it before writing this review—and wow, it was delicious! The spice level was perfect. The service was excellent as well. Our server, Vinit, was super friendly and attentive throughout our meal. I’ll definitely be coming back and bringing my family next time!

  We tried Mausam Indian Flavors in Colorado Springs, and it was amazing! The food was so flavorful and unlike anything we’ve had before. Each dish looked beautiful — you can tell they really care about presentation. The service was friendly and attentive, and everything came out fresh and hot. It’s a little pricey, but honestly worth it for how good everything tasted. Definitely one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while!

  The food tasted really good, like they actually took the time needed and the effort shows in the taste. We ordered palak paneer, the best yet, chicken tandoori, biryani and saffron chicken, everything was delicious. Akshit was very welcoming and had great suggestions. Really enjoyed our time there, will be back again if in CO.

  Excellent food, excellent service and a staff that really cares. The is restaurant had become our new favourite for the amazing food ~ then we had an experience that really impressed us. A customer was struggling with challenging mobility issues and the staff rallied to assist him ~ 🥹 so nice to see people that care! Highly recommended 💕

  I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I’ve received from Akshit. From the moment I was greeted, he made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers go far above and beyond what I’ve experienced elsewhere. The food itself was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared — but what truly made the experience outstanding was Akshit’s service. He was attentive without being overbearing, anticipated my needs before I even asked, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. In fact, I live in Denver and would gladly travel here just to be served by Akshit again. That’s how much of a difference he makes in the overall experience. Staff like him are rare, and I sincerely hope his efforts are recognized. He absolutely deserves a raise for the outstanding work he does and for the way he elevates the reputation of the restaurant.
