  Excellent, friendly service. Javier and Trino always provide high caliber service with a friendly smile. They always keep our ice teas full and take great care of us. They genuinely care about their customers. Their service is hard to find. We highly recommend Mauricio's Mexican restaurant. It's the best in Bakersfield and their food is delicious and authentic. Five stars all the way!!!

  Jimmy is always our server when we come here for lunch and he is always very good to us. The food is always amazing and I usually have to take some home for later if I don’t share a plate because the portions are more than enough. I always get chicken enchiladas suizas as it’s my favorite. ❤️ We Love Mauricio’s!

  We’ve been coming to Mauricio’s for many years, it has always been a pleasure having dinner with family at this place. We really appreciate Sarah waiting on us, she gets our orders on point and very helpful in suggesting dishes we haven’t tried. THANK YOU Sarah!

  Sarah was the best server I have ever had she was so nice and funny and she made the guacamole right in front of us and it was the best I ever had if you come here make sure to ask for Sarah the food was so good and Sarah’s service was the best I have ever seen or had in all of my days and I am 79 and she makes me feel young because she is so polite and kind and funny

  We came for lunch. There were 3 of us. We all got a different lunch special and all the food looked and tasted amazing. The lunch prices were between 11-12 dollars each not including drinks. So pretty reasonable pricing. Jimmy was our server and was amazing. Everything we asked he was on it. Refills were timely and the friendliness was refreshing when it seems like customer service has gone down in so many places. Glad to see they still have great customer service. Side note: try the spicy salsa if you like spicy food.
