  Rick lawing is very disrespectful and egocentric. To the point when I explain that he was wrong and continued to show him how he was wrong he wants to put you on speaker and have others in his office laugh and mock you. Very disheartening and then he will tell you how religious he is and how he would never lie

  First of all I would never have bought a home that would have been considered to be in a flood zone, we were told our home was not in a flood zone. mauney ins. In maiden, n.c. recommended to us auto owners (we now know why the name didn't include home in the title of company) We weren't even advised the company was from way up north in Michigan.The wind blew our wrap around porch off our home, the water had 20 feet or, more before it would even be up to the bottom of the porch post.The wind got up to 80 m.p.h. to 100 m.p.h. I had repaired the porch roof before when the wind only got to 45-50 miles per hour. I decided that day to give up working on water heater since part of the porch had already starting to rip off and since there is a Hugh tree behind house that could be dislodged from the ground and demolish the house and kill me, I decided to leave. The insurance Co. Would not even set up a time that I could be there when they looked at it, if they even looked themselves. The underpinning of the house had eventually been washed away with the blown down porch. Lillie at mauney ins. agency. told not to worry she thought auto owners would work something out. I got a letter from auto owners saying they would pay, I was amazed but. As I read further down they were saying our deductible would cover the damage, I knew better than that, I was in the process of getting a estimate, when I got it the amount was $93,000.00. For the health and well being of Your family, never do business with a so-called business that won't pay there gambling debts. off.

  I have been with this insurance company for 10 years. They have always been there for me. Great customer service.
