  Best roofing contractor ever! Excellent customer service and response time. The first step was a thorough and most importantly, HONEST evaluation of the roof. They did not over sell. I received a very reasonable price to repair the leak and the work was scheduled and completed in less than 2 weeks. When I need a new roof in the future this is the only contractor I would ever consider and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

  I cannot say enough good things about Mattsson Roofing! From the initial consultation to project completion, their professionalism was absolutely top-notch. The entire team was incredibly efficient and completed the work in a timely manner without compromising quality. What truly set them apart was their exceptional communication throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way with regular text message updates and send detailed pictures showing the progress of the work. I never had to wonder what was happening or when the next phase would begin. One feature that really impressed me was the use of drone technology to capture aerial views of my roof. This allowed me to see exactly what they were working on and gave me complete confidence in their thoroughness and attention to detail. The level of transparency and customer service exceeded all my expectations.   My husband and I recently had our roof replaced by Mattsson Roofing. We had. just purchased the home and being that the original roof was near the end of its life, we had Mattsson come out for an inspection. Erik, the owne, came himself! He took drone photos and inspected everything - he was super thorough and explained absolutely everything to my husband and I! They not only were able to replace the roof, but they replaced our gutters and our entire attic ventilation system!! Craig, our project manager, and Dan, our site manager, were absolutely wonderful to work with as well!! Communication was very open and upfront and they updated my husband and I on everything. We were working on the actual day the roof was replaced, but we received so many update photos, it felt like we were home watching the project move along!! The entire team was also extremely neat and efficient!! The whole project only took a little more than a day!! From owner, to site and project managers, to the hard working staff, Mattsson Roofing was incredible to work with!!! Would recommend to any and all family/friends who need any roofing work done!!

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! From start to finish, my experience with Mattsson Roofing was absolutely outstanding. I first met with Erik Mattsson, who arrived on time and performed a very thorough inspection of my attic and roof. He took detailed photos of every area of concern and immediately sent them to my phone so I could see exactly what he was describing. He physically inspected the roof and used a drone to capture images of the entire rooftop, including layout and size. Afterward, Erik sat with me and used a visual program on his computer to clearly explain the work that would be done. He patiently walked me through every step of the recommended repairs and the replacement of the roof and gutters. He provided a clear estimate, and I received a detailed, step-by-step contract by email that I was able to sign. Craig, the production manager, personally brought larger shingle color samples to help me choose the perfect match. He coordinated delivery of all materials the day before and day of the job to ensure everything ran smoothly. On installation day, Dan, the site manager, arrived on schedule with his crew. The team worked efficiently to remove the old roof and install the new one. Dan kept me updated with photos at every stage of the work, providing a complete pictorial record of the project from start to finish. He even used the drone to inspect the roof during installation, giving me full confidence that everything was being done correctly. Dan made sure to notify me of any unexpected issues the crew encountered and how they were resolved. The crew then cleaned up the property and performed a magnet sweep to collect any stray nails — a detail I truly appreciated. The attention to detail, professionalism, and communication from everyone involved exceeded my expectations. My new roof and gutters look beautiful, and I now have complete peace of mind knowing the job was done right. I feel fortunate to have worked with such a skilled, communicative team and would highly recommend Mattsson Roofing to anyone needing roof work — you will be in excellent hands!
