William was helpful, attentive, insightful and knowledgeable when I went into the store. I asked so many questions (can be long winded) and he had all the patience with me. He had me do the BedMatch and had me try all the recommendations. He was never pushy or trying to “sell” me just to make a sell and I appreciated that. I made a purchase with him replacing a guest bed but when I’m ready to replace my king bed I’ll definitely be making my purchase at this location and here with William. Thanks again
