  I purchased a mattress set, headboard and two nightstands from the Mattress Store when the location was in Annapolis, MD. They had a lot to choose from. The owner and staff were very friendly, patient and helpful. I would definitely buy from them again.

  I am sad we did not find this store (and Margaret!) earlier! We came in over the weekend in what we thought would be 1 of multiple mattress stores to look into options as we were in need of a new mattress and had been searching online but had no idea where to really start. Upon arriving we were met by Margaret who took time to genuinely get to know us, asked the right questions to make sure that she showed us options that made sense for our budget and what we were looking for. There was never a moment that felt like we were being "sold" or that we were being rushed, it actually felt like we were hanging out with a friend who truly just wanted to get to know us and help to find exactly what we needed! She was truly outstanding, incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely kind! We did not need to go anywhere else afterward as she made this buying process simple and we could not be happier! Save yourself a lot of time and just go directly to Margaret at The Mattress Store!

  For Margaret, the relationship and care do not end with the sale. She treats her customers as if we are all part of an ongoing community. No gimmicks here. We would not think of buying a mattress anywhere else.

  Overall, I got great customer service here and a great price. Margaret was super helpful in terms of helping me find a mattress that fit my needs. We originally purchased an adjustable frame and matress but we found that this type of bed did not meet our needs and sleep styles. I am a stomach sleeper and my husband is a side sleeper so adjustable wasn't comfortable. I also found the adjustable bed and extra deep and firm mattress difficult to maneuver when making the bed and changing sheets. Although Margaret offered tips and tricks to resolve the bed making issues, she continued to work with me to find a mattress that would work better for all of us. I really appreciate the time, effort and attention we received to find the perfect solution. We had also previously purchased a Queen size bed for our quest room and this has worked our perfectly. Guests have been very pleased with the comfort and support provided by this mattress/box spring combo. We had shopped around at a few other mattress stores and found a huge selection and excellent pricing at the Mattress Store Chester location. Along with the above average customer service, the Mattress Store is our go to and we will definately recommend it to our family and friends.
