  We found Mattress Home as they were one main showroom in this area entrusted to partner with Birch Living which produces organic, all-natural mattresses which do not off gas chemicals. We wanted to try it before purchasing. Carol shared they had multiple brands that offered similar characteristics. We spent about an hour or more testing which ones would work best for us. Ultimately, we went with one of the Avocado mattresses which are made in the USA. Carol was so patient and helpful. There was no pressure to make a decision and we felt comfortable taking our time with this investment. When we did decide, the purchase process was seamless as was delivery. We slept soundly last night! Thank you Carol and Mattress Home!!

  Thank you to Mattress Home (specifically Fruitville location, in my experience) and their fantastic staff. Carol went above and beyond—staying in touch during the process. Focused on making sure I got exactly what I needed, helping me save money by not overspending for what wasn't needed and without any pressure. This is a well-polished, family-owned business! Truly.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Love that they are big enough to service but as a family owned company, small enough to care. A very consultative team aimed to provide the best solutions for your sleep!   Be aware of their ‘final sale, limited exchange’ policy. We realized on delivery the box spring we ordered wasn’t needed and notified the store immediately. They simply said they were not willing to take it back, even for store credit after several attempts to speak with the owner and promises of returned phone calls. Their customer service was disappointing. I would not purchase from this company again.
