We had already accepted an offer on our home, before we had even started to search, for our next one! Matt was diligent, and I think it took us a month to find a home, because it was such a crazy time in real estate, for buyers & sellers! We met w/ Matt a couple of times per week, and looked at 3 or more homes, and placing an offer on it the same day we saw it, because there was Not a minute to waste! Almost as soon as a home went on the market, that same day, people were making offers without even seeing the home! The offers were over listing price, etc., and selling so quickly! Matt understood the urgency of our situation, but didn't stress about it at all! It was scary to see how fast homes were selling, and how much people were offering, but Matt stayed calm & focused, (which helped us to not get discouraged). Matt found a home that was "For Sale By Owner", & wanted us to go see it asap, and we did! It met our requirements, and was a house that was "Move In Ready", just like we needed! We made an offer, the same day we saw it, and then we waited. The buyer accepted our offer, and we got the home!! We are So Grateful that we chose Matt to be our Realtor, to find our new home! His attitude was great & professional, throughout the entire process! Communication was vital in our situation, and he went above & beyond our expectations, as our realtor!
