Dealing with this agency has been nothing short of a nightmare when dealing with their estate team after the passing of my dad. We incorrectly assumed that staying with the same agency for car and auto would make for a smoother transition, but it has been quite the opposite. I've had cold calls and emails asking for "clarification" on who lives in the home after providing the death certificate, so I've had to "report" his death 3 separate times. I've been charged for policies after cancelling them, and they've refused to refund to me saying it can only go to him. What? It's gotten to the point where I've had to file disputes with my bank... Horrendous customer service. If your loved ones pass, just cancel the policy and go somewhere else. This estate team makes everything more painful.

I am very much happy and satisfied for the service Gabriella provided. She helped me to save lot of money in my home insurance policy for the roof replacement. I made the switch over to Matt Tobben and State Farm last year which was a no brainer for many reasons. But my recent interaction with Gabriella helping me to add a new vehicle and my 16 year old to my auto policy was a great experience.
