It’s honestly impressive how little help Matt managed to provide with our claim. I’ve had better communication from automated phone menus. What a disappointment.
I should have never left USAA — at least they understand customer service, follow-through, and transparency.
I’m already in the process of moving all products back to a company that actually answers the phone and does what they say they’ll do. Lesson learned, say NO to State Farm!
