Convinced no one at this company is actually trained on fixing appliances OR how to run a business - better luck asking a teen attending Triplett Tech to come fix your appliance. Use the time they take to actually fix your stuff (3 months and counting at this point) to save the money to just buy a new one!
I had two technicians come out to my house to check on my fridge on two different days. The first technician said it was just a compressor issue and the second technician, on top of being short and rude with me, gave me a vogue explanation which I didn't fully understand. Because I didn't understand, I called the company back and asked them to call my husband to better explain and they haven't. I was told that the technician would call my husband back with an explanation and report. He hasn't called and our claim was closed without an actual explanation and we weren't given a report. So on top of being rude, the technician is also unprofessional. It's ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

They have terrible customer service, do not recommend! We had an appointment set up to have our washer fixed through Maytag, they did not show! When my husband contacted Matt's Appliances the front desk person stated that we needed proof of purchase! So Instead of calling to notify us of this....they simply just did not show up! When we did get them proof of purchase, we asked for the first available appointment.....but was only told a date through email and not a time. A message was sent back to them stating that we would take that date, but if they could let us know of a time....and heard nothing back from them! They are terrible with following up with work orders and or contacting you back! I would avoid this company at all costs, unless you have time to wait around....and play phone tag!

Terrible service. Came out to fix washing machine. Did a few things said it was good. I used it right after he left and same issue. Did not fix anything.  I called them because whatever he did, did not fix the issue and then apparently it became a 900+ dollar issue. I also had him look at my refrigerator and he couldn't do anything because he couldn't find the serial number. I mean seriously the freezer is not freezing how many possible things could it be. I would not recommend or use this company again. I should have read everyone's reviews
Terrible customer service. I have been without a working washing machine for over a month and don’t seem to be in a hurry to do anything about it. They came out to diagnose to issue and said it was the drain pump, then once the part came they replaced it only for me to find out a couple hours later after attempting to do a cycle that it was a faulty part and I had water leak out all around and down to my first floor. Let them know what has happened and they didn’t seem to care other than tell me to shut the water off to the washer and they will send someone out in a little bit. Then once they ordered and came to replace the same part a second time, they tell me that now a rotor is bad and needs replacing. I have followed up about the part order and they can’t tell me a straight answer. Very disappointed.
