Matt and his team truly exemplify the good neighbor moto of State Farm. He is responsive, knowledgeable and always ready and willing to help in any way possible. Recently, I had an issue with processing a glass claim. I was unable to get through the various automated levels to confirm that the claim was being processed. I called Matt and he immediately jumped in and took over. Within less than 2 hours, the process was moving forward.
