I was recently shopping for new insurance quotes. I spoke with an associate at the Matt Lolley office and was pleased with the initial information I received. I was told he would call me back with a quote "in 2 hours." I didn't hear back that day, so I called the next day and Matt answered. He said he'd have his associate call me back later that day because he was on another call. I waited again and nothing. I called back one more time the next day to inquire about the promised quote, only to received their voicemail message. After an entire week passed, I decided to move on. We're extremely happy with the insurance agent we ended up finding with another reputable company. I recommend saving your time and moving on to another agency from the get go.
