I had been looking for a new insurance provider for both of my vehicles as well as my home, I had scheduled call backs for today at noon and he was the first to call me back promptly at noon which I appreciate. My family are small town people and are probably just pocket change to this big corporate world but Wes did a great job of making that not the case, as well as being real with us.
