  There is nothing more stressful than being in a car accident. While sitting at a red light in Clarksville, Tennessee I was rear ended. After my release from the hospital I attempted to deal with the insurance company myself...huge mistake. They were not accommodating whatsoever. It was the most frustrating experience. Google directed me to several law firms with several years of experience. My decision was based on the reviews from verified clients. The next day I gave Matt Hardin Law a call. Definitely impressed from the very start. Courteous, professional, and understanding. I knew from the phone call I made the right decision. It was unbelievable how they worked with my schedule. As a disabled veteran who has only resided in this state for a few years I was unaware of multiple rules associated with this state. April was there with me every step of the way. Above and beyond the call of duty with excellent customer service and support. Matt Law took great care of me. I received updates by email and phone call frequently about my case. It was so reassuring. It's difficult enough to be in a car accident, but to have added stress can really make you feel exhausted and even tearful due to being in unknown waters.   I first found out about Matt Hardin Law on Yelp. From the first time I contacted them until the date of my settlement, they were knowledgeable and professional. I was pleased with having William Mayfield represent me and my son after a traumatic car accident. This firm holds to high standards of professionalism and integrity. They were very clear that they would not receive any fees until my case was settled. So, it was in their best interest and mine to invest their time and efforts to move my case forward. Whenever there was an update in my case, William communicated my options in a clear, understandable manner. When I needed to speak directly to him, the firm made that happen usually within 24 hours. I was not just another number to them. If William did not know the answer to my question, he made every effort to find out in a reasonable timeframe. Some delays happened. That is natural. However, we were very fortunate to close my case without going to trial. I am overall pleased with my choice to have Matt Hardin Law represent my interests. Hopefully, I won't need them again any time soon. But, if it was necessary, I would be happy to use them again. I would be pleased to recommend them to friends and family as well.

  I was in a car accident in Clarksville earlier this year. I called around to a few different places before signing with Matt Hardin Law and I'm so glad I did. Handling a legal issue during the pandemic isn’t ideal, but they made it as painless as possible.
