  Just came back from my first stay and will return. Clean and up to date compared to other places I have stayed. Reasonable prices for such a GREAT location. Has a short beach and at the start of the boardwalk. Great views from 2nd and 4th floor deck. My only complaint which isn't a big deal is that the hot tub and pool were the same temperature.

  We stay here at least twice a year. We love staying here. Every room is clean and service is great! Everyone treats you like family and it's a family friendly place.

  Rooms are small but deck looks over the ocean
