  Jacob came out to fix 3 leaking bathroom faucets and a steadily leaking shower for a 26 year old home we had just moved into. Another plumber we had out earlier in the day had told us parts were not available for our faucets and said we would need to order all new faucets and shower hardware. His cost to do the work seemed absurdly high. I got a second opinion from Jacob at Masters and he was awesome. He said parts were available, showed me which ones to order online, and was able to fix the leaking bathtub faucet. He saved me over $2,500 in labor and materials cost. Plus Judy at Masters, who worked to get Jacob out to our home the day I called, was so personable and helpful. I will definitely be using Masters again and recommending them to everyone I know who may need plumbing help.

  On a Saturday morning we awoke to a horrible odor in the house—called many plumbing services, got A I messaging!!! But Dave Snyder with MASTERS was at my house within the hour, and saved the day! We had a gathering scheduled at our home in the afternoon and did not need to cancel it—truly miraculous! THANK YOU DAVE SNYDER AND MASTERS!!!!

  Was very pleased to have Larry help us get our air conditioning up and running today. What a great fellow! Larry was not only capable, but he patiently walked us through the frustrations of connecting to the wi-fi intricacies of a new thermostat. We were particularly concerned that we get the A/C operating, as my wife is current needing oxygen. What a relief to have Larry reassure us that our system would be just fine — never thought a thermometer would only last 3 years! Again, we are appreciative of Larry helping us out today. We’ll request him the next time we need A/C or heating service.

  Needed two new HVAC units installed and Crusaders couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by the technicians. From start to finish they were on time, and yes professional.   My central air conditioning unit needed replaced. This happened at a time when I was almost retired and had little extra money for a big expense. Incredibly, Masters Heating and Cooling offered me a new unit with a payment plan that was within my budget. I was thrilled and very thankful for their help!! Two gentlemen, including Ian Beckett, came to my home to replace the unit. They came in the morning and got the job done in about 3 hours!! Ian is very knowledgeable and experienced and and I could tell he liked what he was doing! He kept me informed about what he was doing and what he was testing for to make sure the unit was operating properly. He is a very pleasant, hard working young man and his company is lucky to have him on their team! Thank you Masters for making this repair relatively pain free and fast!!!
