He has been completely transparent with costs and his estimates (and actual costs) were the most competitive after shopping around. He didn't have to adjust his price based on competitive pressure, his was the best price from the beginning and the only time the price was adjusted was after we decided we wanted glued down floors in our basement instead of the straight forward click and lock (vinyl plank etc). We had some very complex flooring issues to deal with and I feel he's guided us well through the entire process - thank you.
