  We closed on a Property in New Port Richey on July 8 2024 Everthing went well untll I went to the Utility company To have services changed to My Name .Rachael at the utility company informed me that there was a balance owning of $119.84 from previous owner. In trying to contact Karie McAteer at Master Services there was no answer.Rachael informed me that Master Tile should have check with the utility company to see what the final bill was. So I paid the balance owed of $119.84 and sought Reimbursement from Master Title Services Its now a week later July 15 2024 and I have not received the $119.84 In dealing with Karie Mc Ateer her attitude was poor and instead of taking responsibility and sending me the $119.84 she states that New Port Richey utility company will credit my account? The account in question is closed ! I would not recommend this company.

  OK the reason why I gave two stars is that me and my husband purchases our home and everything was fine at least we thought it was until we received the title the title does not have the correct information on it the title have my husband first and middle name on it they have left out his last name I don’t know according to what I seen on the Internet these people have been in business for many years how are you in business for this long what kind of a little company are you who do you have in charge at this particular company that make a mistake like that leaving people name that supposed to be very important on any documents saying that this company does a terrific job because I really truly don’t believe that this company Incapable of handling documents like this the reception have more knowledge than anything else I feel that the reception would’ve been better off doing the paperwork than the person who did it in my opinion you got the wrong person for the wrong job you’ll need to reevaluate who you put in charge
