From Cory Keith to David Yoder to George Fowler - each stage of the way, they had a part of the team that handled their business. David and George had to come a couple of times to get things right and naiked it. Cory had to work hand in hand with our home builder to make sure everything worked together. Pool contractors are notorious for poor communication but not these three guys. If you are looking for a tesm to get it done right, these are your guys.

We made the mistake of hiring Artistic Pools in Atlanta and as it turns out, their mistake of building over a critical vent for drainage, has cracked our driveway and is causing runoff into our yard. They refuse to accept responsibility, including the cost of discovery for the problem. Outside of the incomplete work and poor communication, they had me on-call for them on Christmas Eve for an inspection. Many times their team has hinted that Arthur Blank's pool and larger jobs are their priority. Considering the cost of pools and a looming recession, I think this problem will fix itself ... but in the meantime, seek a smaller business who may have less experience, but will at least finish your job properly and not insult your intelligence and time.

At times, the digging process was delayed due to COVID-19 and the weather, which in the moment was frustrating, but Cory and David did an amazing job at keeping my husband and I updated with what was going on, which is all we could ask for. We now have a beautiful pool in our backyard and couldn't be happier.
