  Address is listed in Payette yet since noone was in the area they wanted to charge $180 dollar trip charge from Meridian to Payette. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Adam S. was amazing and very thorough. I appreciated him taking the time to explain to me the plumbing problem and how to potentially avoid this from happening in the future. I would highly recommend Master Plumbing and Adam. 10/10

  Short version: Kyle V. Crushed it! Detailed version: First off, the office gave me a fair quote and were upfront about the after-hours service fee, which I felt was completely fair since I didn’t get ahold of them until 4:30pm. Then Kyle, their plumber took a few minutes to call me and discuss the issue. Realizing he wouldn’t have the parts on his truck for my particular (somewhat rare) model he suggested coming in the morning after the supply houses opened up, instead of coming and charging me for something that he knew couldn’t be fixed that evening … aka good ethical business practice! The next morning, as promised he stopped by the supply house and headed over to get my hot water heater fixed. He did some trouble shooting, explained what the issue was, and got us back up and running. We were charged a very reasonable price. Additionally, he gave me some tips about how to care for the hot water heater to keep it running efficiently and ensure it’s longevity as much as possible. I would 100% recommend Master plumbing and Kyle V.
