We have used Mast for 30 years, with a lot of money spent on our previous and current Mast chemicals and pools. However, actual Mast pool servicing has been poor, and has gotten worse over the years. We called for basic pool maintenance in mid May of this year, and are still waiting for someone to come in late June. At this point in the pool season, we are going to manage our pool on our own, and have cancelled the service call (if anyone from Mast was actually ever going to come for service?). We are disappointed to even write this.

They are more than willing to test your water, review your home's setup, answer questions, and make sure everything is operating the way it should be.
