  First time visitor and first time buyer 📣 my husband and I found Massey’s online as a Big Green Egg distributor and made the trek to their storefront. WOW, what a lovely store, selections and every accessory for the Egg. We bought the nest and side tables for the egg and were THRILLED to be told that Bobby would come to our home and move the egg to its new nest home. This is why you support small business! Amazon, nope.

  They have the best selection of gear anywhere in New Orleans, no doubt. But the way the staff follows you around makes me feel like they think I stole something. This happens every time. They ask if I need help, I say that I'm good and they are right behind me as I browse the store. It makes me uncomfortable.

  Everyone here is really nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Paul helped me find the perfect pair of hiking boots at a fair price. Definitely go here for your outdoor needs.

  We had great customer service by the salesman who helped us. He gave as much time as we needed for my daughter to find the backpack and shoes she needed. He measured her for the correct size and showed her how to adjust the fit. It was the first time we shopped in the store and we'll go back.
