  Brianna did a great job getting me into a 2026 Chevrolet Trax. I would recommend 100%, it was a great experience all around. The finance department did a great job too. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

  I only dealt with them over the phone or through email. The vehicle was exactly as described, purchase was relatively straightforward and easy and they even brought it to me while I was at work. I liked that. I will say that I had to call several times to get my copies of the signed paperwork and the salesman was supposed to order me some mats for my truck and never did even though I asked him twice to do it. Lastly, I had to call them twice to get them to send my registration sticker to me because they didn’t do it on their own. So I give them a 3 out of 5.

  Just bought a used 2023 high country from Martin Chevrolet. Was very pleased with the process and the overall customer service. These are good people. I specifically would like to commend Jerry Delgado, who is the sales person who worked with me. I felt like he was an advocate for my interest throughout the entire process, and will definitely continue to work with him, and Martin Chevrolet. Great service department as well, if you’re in the area, this should be your dealer.

  Communication is awful. Regardless of what I need done, it's always something wrong when I check out. Everything was blamed on a former employee. I had 80,000 miles on a vehicle and got 4 brand new tires (that have no warranty so I'm not sure why anyone would buy them from a dealership), and then a month later a tire kept losing air. I took it right to the dealership when the warning light came on to have it checked. I was told I'd have to wait 2 to 3 hours for them to check the tire. (again what's the point of buying them from a local dealership). I finally agreed to leave it and the valve stem was rotted is why I was losing air. My husband and my brother in-law both were shocked that a DEALERSHIP would put new tires on my truck without changing the valve stems. It seems this place loves to have things evaluated so they can get paid for the labor, but do not worry about doing what is best for the customer. I will not be back.

  Highly recommend. Martin Chevrolet GMC service department. Today I arrived for an oil change that was past due. All the employees welcomed me and immediately assisted with getting my truck taken care of. Carter assisted with getting my truck back on track so it can last for years to come. I had no previous knowledge from my past dealership that more things are needed other than just oil change and tire rotations. Carter was able to break down all the services that my truck was past due on and helped me get a plan so we could get my truck back on track. He is super knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. Drew took care of my truck and completed my service. Speaking to him I definitely know he will be one of the reasons that helps prolong the life of my GMC. I appreciate how respectful he was. I was able to shop at the parts department where I met Alex. Alex also is very knowledgeable at his job. He was patient with me while I asked him about added parts for my truck and also about discounts that were available. Thank you Martin Chevy GMC for having all my parts available that I was looking to purchase. Finally, shout out to Destyne it was great having a female there when I checked out. She was super friendly, amazing smile, and so personable. Definitely the customer service another female loves to receive. Once again thank you! Your staff made it easy and smooth for me to get in and out when I didn't even have an appointment. You have earned a customer for life. -Dana Elsner
