    WOW! I am SO glad that I called you guys for a second opinion! Edwin did a GREAT job checking the furnace and locating the REAL source of the problem, that the first company never even considered. I am SO grateful to you Edwin!! Save yourself the trouble and Don't go with any other company but Marshall's. And ask for Edwin, he's a really knowledgeable and great person to talk with. Thank You again!

    Danny was prompt amd very sincere, kind and helpful. He took the time to explain things to me about my remote, how it worked, the best placement and what may have caused it to malfunction. He took the tine to do the maintenance thar was scheduled for Nov 12th as well, saving me time and money, which is so appreciated these days. He was efficient amd very nice. He's welcome back in my home as I trust him expressly. Thank yoy Marshall for hiring qualified and kind staff and thank yoy Famny fir being understanding and kind and going the extra mile!

    I recently contacted Marshall’s Specialty Services to get an estimate for a complete water heater replacement at my grandparents’ home, as their current unit has failed. When I first called, I was informed that they only have one person who handles bids, so I needed to wait until that person was available to speak with them directly. Once I was finally able to connect, I learned that the soonest they could schedule someone to come out just for the estimate was between a week and a half to two weeks. After that, the actual installation would need to be scheduled for an additional, later date. While I would have loved to give them the business, as I prefer supporting local companies, this timeline simply isn’t practical when dealing with an elderly household that currently has no hot water. It’s understandable that companies get booked out, but it was disappointing that the response time for something as essential as hot water replacement was so far out.

    Delighted with Marshall’s service this week! Patrick and Richard went above and beyond to help us identify a problem that turned out to not be connected to our HVAC. They were a great team of professionals who communicated extremely well and even seemed to like and respect each other under any circumstances!! 😀 We’ve done business with Marshall’s for many years and plan to do so for many more years to come.
