  Marshall Fence did an excellent job building our residential fence. They listened to our needs and concerns and made adjustments as we requested. Not only that, but the total was less than what was quoted. The helpers were knowledgeable and walked us through each step of the process for our approval. I recommend Marshall Fence for your next project!

  I don’t normally do this but I need to make sure people know not to use Marshall Fence Company!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! I called & asked to get a quote from Marshall Fence to do a decorative wood paneled fence for a specific project at our house. Small area off to the side of house. They agreed to come out & give us a quote. While they came out a different fence company was fixing our metal fence on our property. The company that had installed it. The OWNER of Marshall Fence Mike Mike L. Marshall called me & chewed me out (the customer) for another company being out there. I apologized that they were out there and told them they were fixing a fence that they installed. He started out by ripping the other company calling their project bad & that my fence would fall down in 6 months (mind you they installed fence at my previous house & his Marshall fence panels had to be replaced almost yearly). And then told me that he would not do my project. I told him that the other company could not do what I wanted and knew he could. He continued to berate me and call me (the customer) “unprofessional”. (Side note - thought that was ironic since he is providing a service and should be customer service oriented.) During his speech on being “professional” in a very attacking way he told me he didn’t need my business because he had “good” reviews & had been in business for 20 years. (By the way I was in the room with someone else and they could him the owner yelling at me.) I ended up hanging up on him. I could not believe his “professionalism” & “customer service”. What a compete joke of a company. DONT USE MARSHALL FENCE COMPANY!!!!

  Don’t waste your time reaching out to them if your not doing something commercial or large project. Rather than giving me a quote and estimated time frame that they could start (I was fully expecting it to be months out) I received an email asking for some pictures and couple clarifying questions. When I had sent what they requested they replied that they did not realize I am was wanting a residential gate and that what I needed would not be worth their time and they had no idea what other company could help. We are replacing the entire fence and not just a gate, but it’s not going to be with Marshall after being told I was wasting their time trying to get a quote.
