I was in the apartment within a couple of days from submitting my application. Office staff Luz is very nice and professional. She explained all details and answered all my questions.
- KPKimberly P.Jun 7, 20251.0I'd give it 4 stars if they actually upheld their polices. My neighbor smokes weed and cigarettes that come into my home through the closet and bathroom. I've tried everything to filter out of my unit for the health of me and my 3 year old, but it comes through the vents so much you'd think I am the one smoking. But they told me that when I signed my lease, there is no smoking on the property. It's a safety hazard that definitely needs to be addressed. Don't move here unless you enjoy catching contact highs and smelling like smoke even though you don't smoke. Don't move here unless you're looking forward to opening your front door and stepping into a smokers lounge. Don't move here unless you enjoy the stale smell of cigarettes in your home no matter how much you try to mitigate the order. I have inscents, a diffuser, air fresheners, toilet bowl freshener, AND an air purifier, yet my unit is still overpowered by weed and cigarettes smoke. Absolutely disgusting.
