Iana was a great server! She was attentive and served us with a smile. The food was great, the food was cooked to perfection!

This was our favorite go-to restaurant for burgers, salads, and cocktails, but this is not the restaurant it used to be. The management is poor, the service is poor, and the food quality is unacceptable. The grilled shrimp added to the salad had absolutely gone bad, either out of date or not kept at the proper temperature. Our server took 10 minutes to greet us after we were at the table and it just got worse from there. Another server brought the food to the table and our server never came to check if everything came out okay or how we liked our food, normal waiter stuff. I had to go to the bartender to let someone know that the shrimp were bad. It took so long to get our check that I didn’t even bother asking for the birthday discount that was on my Marlow’s account. We will continue to visit the Chastain Road location, but this location is done!

We went to the Merchant’s Walk location tonight. I ordered a crispy grouper sandwich, but ended up with all crisp and….sad to say, there was barely any grouper. The response I got was, “I’m sorry, would you like it redone?” Why would I more of the same? Last time going there.

Always my go to spot. The GM Matt and team always take great care of us. Best Burger and hand cut French Fries around.

Once again, superb job by Lance, the head chef. Tim who he was training did an amazing job as well. Both chefs visited our table to make sure everything was to our liking. Our server Cory W. was on point and super friendly. The new pan roasted chicken dinner is a must. The gluten free bun for the Royale was toasted perfectly and so soft and they even did grilled okra for me as a special request. It was grilled and seasoned perfectly. Recommend this location.
