  We are highly dissatisfied with our recent order fulfillment. We urgently required a set of stainless steel baskets tailored for a very specific, high-volume production process (the legendary Krabby Patty). ​The baskets that arrived were incorrect. They were the wrong shape and dimensions, rendering them completely unusable for our established system. This failure in quality control and shipping has resulted in an immediate and costly production halt. Due to the mismatch, we sustained a major loss of materials, including numerous batches of wasted Crabby Patties. ​Beyond the financial setback and supply chain interruption, this error had serious consequences for our most critical customer. I must stress that our chief fry cook, Spongebob SquarePants, was extremely unhappy about the resulting disruption to his schedule and the sight of perfectly good patties going to waste. His mood alone is enough to justify this low rating. ​We ordered a vital tool and received a paperweight. We expect a full refund for this unusable shipment and swift action to rectify this mistake.
