I left a message over a month in advance to cancel my reservation and only mine. They cancelled both of our reservations without ever confirming and are now booked leaving my dad with no options or ability to rectify the situation. The customer service has been very bad the entire time and now has put my dad’s vacation in jeopardy. Consider using one of the pet sitter apps. Way better.
